We have had a lovely week becoming more aware of Mental Health and how we can keep our minds happy and healthy. We have worked with natural things that we have collected whilst out with our families, to make temporary art pieces, role play with seaweed in the water area, make petal sun catchers and looking carefully at flowers to produce observational paintings. We have loved feeling the weather on our faces, thinking happy thoughts and being mindful during our breathing practices. We realised that being in and with nature helps us to feel better. Singing, dancing, painting and being creative also enables inner peace and calm and we have also been very creative this week!
