World Mental Health Day 2025
To celebrate World Mental Health Day we learned about the importance of blowing off steam after a busy day. We talked about the benefits of music and dancing like nobody is watching! Linked to our music topic, we had a try to learn a new skill of Bhangra dancing.
Year 4 Performing Poetry
To conclude our poetry topic, we have been performing our haiku and cinquain poems, using actions, emphasising rhythms and changing our intonation. We certainly had some very dramatic performances!
Crab Fair Assembly
A big thank you to the members of the Crab Fair committee who took the time to come into school to talk to us about the Crab Fair. We learned all about the exciting events happening over the weekend — including the gurning competition!
We even had the chance to practise our ugliest faces…
