Today, KS2 had a visit from the search and rescue team, who spoke to us about the important work they do. We learned that they are all volunteers who give up their time to train and help find people who go missing.
They explained some of the ways they search for missing people, including using drones and other methods. We had lots of questions, and the team answered them all clearly.
It was a really interesting visit, and we learned a lot about their work.
