Our children have been working collaboratively in groups to plan and prepare their own child-led prayer and liturgy sessions for their classmates. They have carefully considered what makes a meaningful worship session and will take turns to lead our classroom worship each week. This is a wonderful opportunity for them to develop their confidence, share their faith and help one another grow closer to God.

 

October is the month of the Holy Rosary. On Friday, we explored its importance together as our first group led our classroom worship. The children learnt how to pray the Rosary and took part in a time of reflection and hymns. Together, we prayed for our families, friends and all those who need our love and support, reflecting on how Mary showed love, kindness and trust in God.

We are incredibly proud of our children for taking an active role in their faith journey and helping our classroom community to grow together in prayer. 🙏
