Reception had the opportunity to take part in wheelchair basketball with a coach. We learnt how to turn and go backwards and forwards and even crash into others! We then had a turn at trying to score the basketball into the net. It was enjoyed by all.

Each term our children draw their own self portraits. We then display them on top of their old one in class to show how much progress they make each term. The children draw their features such as eyes, hair, ears and teeth. 
 

To celebrate our fabulous nativity play and winning the attendance for this term we had a Christmas party in Reception. We played some party games, such as musical chairs, bumps, statues and pass the parcel. We also danced and had some party treats. Merry Christmas! 
 

Reception had a special visitor on Christmas jumper day….Santa. The children all went to see him in his grotto and they talked about what they would like for Christmas and that they had all been good. We also had our Christmas dinner this with with crackers and party hats, yum…
