
This week, in gymnastics, we focused on composing and performing a sequence of six elements. We explored a range of movements, including balances, rolls, jumps and controlled transitions. We learned how to link them smoothly to create a flowing routine. Everyone worked brilliantly, planning their sequences carefully and practicing how to move with control and confidence. Once ready, we performed our routines in pairs, paying attention to clear beginning, body tension and steady balances.
