Year 5 had a lovely time celebrating St Patrick’s Day, their dedicated class saint. The children all dressed in green—the colour associated with St Patrick—and enjoyed learning about his life and the traditions celebrated around the world each year.
To mark the occasion, they decorated biscuits with green icing and had lots of fun remembering this remarkable saint, who spread the message of Christianity. The class also reflected on how they can follow in his footsteps.
