Electricity North West came to visit Year 6 to deliver a workshop all about electricity. First, we explored the dangers of electricity and investigated potential hazards and how to be safe around electrical appliances within our environments. We then used a range of components to build electrical circuits and observing the effects of adding or removing some of the components. We then learned how to build parallel circuits. We had a great session working together to make predictions, observe results and use a wide range of scientific vocabulary.
